Please Arrive 15-20 Min Before Your Scheduled Service So You Can Fill Out the Necessary Paperwork, Change, and Relax With a Beverage
We ask that if there are any changes you would like to make to your scheduled service that you do not hesitate to call at least 48 hrs before. We will be more than happy to get you rescheduled.
A credit card is required to reserve all services.
Our professional service providers are paid only if you show for your appointment.
Out of courtesy to them we require:
*24 Hour Notice of Cancellation/Reschedule, No Fee
*After 24 Hours cancellation/Reschedule, 50% of Services Fee
*Day of “ No Show” , 100% of Service Fee
A 50% deposit is needed when booking any of our spa packages
Please Be Aware that Entourage is an Adult Facility. We Ask That There are No Children Unless They are Receiving a Service and are Accompanied By an Adult at All Times
Please Honor Our Other Guests Enjoying the Serenity of the Spa By Turning Off All Electronic Devices Before Entering the Salon and Spa (Cell Phones, Tablets, Ipods, Etc.)
Please Wear Whatever is Comfortable to You. For the Spa, a Robe and Slippers will Be Provided as Well as a Locker for Your Personal Belongings. In the Salon a Smock Will Be Provided to Wear Over Your Garments. If receiving a body treatment, we provide disposable undergarments. If Receiving a Make-Up Consultation or an Updo, We Suggest a Button-Up Shirt
Gift Certificates May Be Purchased in Any Dollar Amount and May Be Redeemed For Any Salon or Spa Service. Valid For One Full Year for Purchase Date. They May Not Be Used Toward Retail Products or Gratuity. They Are Non-Refundable and Are Not Redeemable for Cash. Please Present You Gift Certificate Before Services
