APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Entourage reserves the right, upon arriving late to shorten the length of a service, change technicians or cancel services with no fee adjustment.
ATTIRE
Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. For the spa, a robe and slippers will be provided as well as a locker for your personal belongings. In the salon a smock will be provided to wear over your garments. If receiving a make-up consultation or an Updo, we suggest a button up shirt.
CANCELLATIONS
Visa/MasterCard/American Express or a gift certificate is required to reserve spa services, or packages for one hour or more. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advanced for the spa and 24 hours for the salon. A 50% charge will be assessed for cancellations made less than the required time frame or for failure to keep your appointment. Gift certificates will be nullified for appointments which are missed without notice

CHILDREN
We respectfully request that children be accompanied by adults only if they are to receive a service. We want to ensure a true spa experience for our guests.
CELL PHONES
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off in the spa and salon.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount and may be redeemed for any Salon or Spa Service. Gift certificates are valid for one full year from purchase date. Gift certificates may not be used toward retail products, or gratuity. Gift certificates arc non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Entourage Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

RETAIL
We proudly offer high quality professional salon and spa retail products. Unopened products accompanied by a receipt may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a store credit only. No cash or charge refunds will be issued.
