Salon & Spa Etiquette
Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Entourage reserves the right, upon late arrivals, to shorten the length of a service, change technicians, or cancel services with no fee adjustment.
Attire
Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. For the spa, a robe and slippers will be provided as well as a locker for your personal belongings. In the salon, a smock will be provided to wear over your garments. If receiving a body treatment, we provide disposable undergarments; alternatively, you may wish to wear swimming attire or bring a change of undergarments. If receiving a makeup consultation, application or an updo, we suggest a button up shirt.
Cancellations
Visa/Mastercard/American Express or a Valid Gift Certificate number is required to reserve services or packages for one hour or more. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advancefor the spa and 24 hours for the salon. A 50% charge may be assessed for cancellations made less than the required time frame or for failure to keep your appointment. Gift certificates will be nullified for appointments which are missed without notice.
Children
To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our clients, please refrain from bringing children to the spa and salon, if they are not receiving services. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We want to ensure a true spa experience for our guests.
Cell Phones
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off in the spa and salon.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount and may be redeemed for any salon or spa service. Gift certificates are valid for one full year from purchase date. Gift certificates may not be used toward retail products or gratuity. Gratuities MAY be added to the certificate, but tip monies must be allocated when the certificate is purchased. Certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Entourage Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Retail
We proudly offer high quality professional salon and spa retail products. Unopened products accompanied by a receipt may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. No cash or charge refunds will be issued.
